We do not keep finished cakes in stock. Baking starts once your order is confirmed, which is why we ask for a day or two of notice — and why the cake reaches you soft rather than chilled and dense. Everything is made in our own kitchen in Jhikargacha and delivered across Jashore.

Bankra is inside our own upazila. There is no highway run involved, which means the gap between the cake coming out of the oven and reaching your door is short — and that shows in the texture. Buttercream in particular holds its shape far better over a short local delivery than a long one.
It also keeps the charge down. ৳60 to Bankra is roughly half what we charge to reach Sharsha or Monirampur, and less than half of Benapole, purely because the distance is short.
