We do not keep finished cakes in stock. Baking starts once your order is confirmed, which is why we ask for a day or two of notice — and why the cake reaches you soft rather than chilled and dense. Everything is made in our own kitchen in Jhikargacha and delivered across Jashore.

What "homemade" actually means here
It is a word used loosely, so here is what it means in practice: there is no factory, no production line and no stock. One person bakes, in a home kitchen, after your order comes in. That is also the honest limitation — we can only take so many orders a day, which is why weekends and Eid periods fill up early.
Ingredients are bought in small batches rather than in bulk sacks, and nothing is baked speculatively hoping it sells. If you order a chocolate cake on Tuesday for Thursday, the flour and eggs for it are typically bought on Wednesday.
