Every flavour we bake, priced by weight. Vanilla, theme and red velvet start at ৳450 a pound. Chocolate, ros malai and chocolate overloaded use more ingredients, so they cost a little more.

We do not keep finished cakes in stock. Baking starts once your order is confirmed, which is why we ask for a day or two of notice — and why the cake reaches you soft rather than chilled and dense. Everything is made in our own kitchen in Jhikargacha and delivered across Jashore.

Cake price per pound in Bangladesh
A one pound cake starts at ৳450 for vanilla, theme or red velvet — that is the tier most of our catalogue sits in, and it is the number people usually mean when they ask what a cake costs. Half a pound is ৳270 and feeds two to four people, which is the size most often ordered for a small birthday at home.
Flavour changes the price because it changes the ingredients. Chocolate, lemon and strawberry are ৳600 at a pound, black forest and half-vanilla-half-chocolate ৳650, ros malai ৳850, and chocolate overloaded ৳950 — the last one uses several times the chocolate of an ordinary cake, inside and out.
Going up in weight is close to proportional: three pounds of vanilla is ৳1350, and three pounds of chocolate overloaded is ৳2850. Nothing is added on top of the figure you see except delivery.

Why bakery prices differ so much across Bangladesh
Two cakes of the same weight can differ by several hundred taka, and it is usually not the baking. Shop rent in a city centre, branded packaging, display refrigeration and delivery staff all sit inside the price of a cake bought from a large chain.
A home bakery carries almost none of that, which is why our one pound vanilla is ৳450 rather than the ৳700–900 the same cake often costs from a branded outlet. The difference is overhead, not ingredients — we use the same butter, eggs and cream.
The other reason is what "cake" means on a given menu. A plain or dry cake is a simple sponge with no cream work and sits at the bottom of any price list. A decorated theme cake takes hours of hand work on top of the same sponge, and that is where the price actually climbs.
Small, mini and plain cake prices
For a small budget the half pound at ৳270 is the practical floor for a proper cream cake — enough for two to four people, with writing on top included at no extra cost.
Simple designs cost the same as elaborate ones at the same weight. Writing a name and age, choosing your flavour or asking for less sugar are all included; only genuine design work — fondant covering, sculpted figures, tiers — adds to the price, and we quote that before you confirm.
